We’ve created this form to make enrollment as easy as possible. We’ll ask you to provide your company and contact information and agree to the Participation Agreement. Every contractor on the Clean Energy Connection has a full profile page on the site and is eligible to receive free leads from homeowners ready to complete projects in their service area.

This application should take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete. We expect you'll complete your enrollment in one sitting, but you can save your progress and return to complete it on the same computer (in the same browser) at another time.
Enrollment is easy and once you're in, you'll be listed on the Find A Contractor tool on the Switch is On. Every contractor has a full profile page on the site and is eligible to receive free leads from homeowners ready to complete projects in their service area.
You can also enroll in TECH Clean California at the same time.

Are you interested in participating in TECH Clean California? If you select "Yes" to the question below, you will be asked additional questions to enroll. Upon submission, we’ll share your enrollment information with the team at TECH Clean California, who will review your enrollment to determine your company's eligibility to submit rebates.
As of April 25th , TECH incentives became available statewide for single-family HVAC projects. Starting October 31st, 2023 TECH single family, multifamily and commercial Heat Pump Water Heater incentives will be available.
